Under this service, the owner acts as their own builder, maintaining full supervisory control over the project from start to finish. They are responsible for obtaining city permits, securing all state-mandated insurance coverage, overseeing and executing the construction work, purchasing materials, and ensuring the durability of all building materials; furthermore, they are accountable for the project timeline and the progress of each specific task.

LABOR CREW LLC, limits itself solely to providing personnel services under an agreement between the property owner—or their representative—and LABOR CREW LLC. This agreement shall be in writing and shall bear the signature and authorization of each of the parties.

The General Contractor may dispense with the services of LABOR CREW LLC at any time, in accordance with the agreement signed in the Employee Placement Contract.

LABOR CREW LLC, shall be responsible for the overall construction and shall provide all qualified personnel required to carry out the construction work. It shall be responsible for the procurement of materials, securing city permits, insurance coverage, and the management of equipment and tools; furthermore, it shall exercise complete supervision over the personnel and maintain a supervisor available to coordinate with the property owner or their authorized representative.

 Introduction to LABOR CREW LLC.

By selecting one of the two service options, you agree to enter into a commercial or construction-related agreement with LABOR CREW LLC. From that moment forward, you may receive communications from the company—issued through a professional representative—via the following channels: telephone calls, emails, or in-person visits (by mutual prior appointment). In the event that the company is unable to undertake your project for any of various reasons, you will receive a formal notification from the company explaining the specific grounds upon which it cannot assist you with your construction project.

1) If you decide to act as the general contractor for your project and engage the services of LABOR CREW LLC, please note that our professional workers will be evaluated by you personally based on their skills and knowledge, in order to ensure your project achieves the desired success. You have the full right to decline any of our workers by sending a message to the company requesting the reassignment or replacement of the worker or workers in question.

2)  No direct hiring is permitted between the Owner/Builder and our workers or contractors; all agreements shall be made in writing between LABOR CREW LLC and the Owner/Builder, based on mutual consent.

3)  The OWNER may not make any direct payments to the company's workers or contractor without the company's authorization.

4)  Call Recording: You acknowledge and agree that LABOR CREW LLC may monitor and/or record any telephone call between you and the Company, without being subject to any claim on your part that causes harm to the Company.

5)  You acknowledge and agree that our employees, contractors, or personnel from LABOR CREW LLC may take videos and photographs of the work performed by us on your property for the Company’s internal use, and that any content you publish or provide may be viewed by the general public. Such videos and photographs shall be the property of the Company.

6)      LABOR CREW LLC will not accept reviews containing offensive, harmful, and/or abusive language, including—but not limited to—profanity, blasphemy, obscenities, harassment, vulgarities, sexually explicit language, and hate speech (e.g., racist or discriminatory speech). You agree that the Company may remove such reviews from its public page if they are deemed detrimental to the Company's image.

7)      In the event of a disagreement between either of the two parties, both parties shall have the opportunity to engage in personal discussions in order to seek a solution to any problems that may arise.

8)      In the event that a solution cannot be reached, both parties shall seek assistance from a legally knowledgeable professional to act as an out-of-court mediator to help resolve the issue.

9)  Communication between both parties may take the form of telephone calls, messaging, email, letters sent via national mail, or in-person meetings.

10)  In the event that an agreement is not reached through reconciliation, both parties have the duty and the right to present the case to their respective courts.

11)  LABOR CREW LLC, will always be willing to seek solutions to any problem that may arise, in a conscientious and constructive manner for both parties.
